Can I choose my set? No. Every box is a surprise. That's the fun of it.

What if I get a set I already bought from the store? Our team checks each customer's order history to avoid it, but we can only guarantee that you won't receive the same set twice within your Mystery Box subscription.

Can I give the Mystery Box as a gift? yes, by entering the recipient's address at checkout.

Can I return a Mystery Box set? No. Every box is a surprise, so Mystery Box sets can't be returned. Missing or damaged pieces are always replaced for free.
