At PowerBuild®, we offer worldwide shipping with fast processing and global fulfillment to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


Processing Times

All orders are scheduled for shipment within 1–2 business days after being placed, excluding holidays. This applies to both standard and express shipments.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM (local time) on Fridays may be processed the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an automated email titled 'Your package is on the way!', including your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Didn't receive your tracking email?
If it hasn't arrived within 3 business days, please check your Spam or Promotions folders before contacting us.


Where Do We Ship From?

PowerBuild® ships from multiple fulfillment centers located in Europe, Asia, the US, and the UK. If your region's warehouse is out of stock, we may fulfill your order from another location to avoid restock delays. This may slightly affect delivery times.
