You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order is already being prepared and we can't guarantee any changes.

How to cancel or change your order

Email [email protected] within 24 hours with:

• Your order number
• Subject line: "Cancel order #[number]" or "Change order #[number]"
• What you'd like to change (items or shipping address)

We'll confirm whether the change was possible or not.

After the 24-hour window

Orders move fast. No tracking update doesn't mean your order hasn't shipped: tracking can take 48 to 72 hours to show the first scan.

If you're in the EU, you can still withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. See [How do I return a product?]

Pre-orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before they ship, for a full refund.
