You can return an unused set in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Is my order eligible?

• The set is unused and in its original condition
• The original packaging is intact
• It's been 14 days or less since delivery

If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. See our Refund Policy.

Not returnable: gift cards and digital products. 

How to return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the set with a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
4. Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 1 to 7 business days.

Good to know

• Returns are shipped to our facility in Shantou, China. Your refund starts when we receive the parcel.
• For returns over €50, we recommend shipping insurance. We can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back.
• Missing or damaged pieces? Don't return the set. We'll send replacement pieces for free. See [I'm missing a piece or a piece is defective].
• Holiday gifts: orders placed between November 15, 2026 and January 6, 2027 can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
