We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition

- All original packaging must be intact

- 30 days must not have passed since delivery

Non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable digital products

How to initiate a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will send you the return address and instructions.

3. Ship the item using a tracked shipping method — return costs are the customer's responsibility.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 1–7 business days to your original payment method.

Important notes

- Returns must be shipped to our facility in China

- We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50

- PowerBuild is not responsible for items lost in return transit
