Follow your parcel on our tracking page with your order number or tracking number.

When your order ships, you'll get an email titled "Your package is on the way!" with your tracking number and a direct link.

• No shipping email after 3 business days? Check your Spam and Promotions folders, then contact us.
• Tracking shows nothing yet? The first scan can take 48 to 72 hours after your parcel leaves our warehouse. That's normal.
• Ordered several sets? They may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. See [My order arrived in more than one parcel].
