How do I track my order?

Follow your parcel on our tracking page with your order number or tracking number. When your order ships, you'll get an email titled "Your package is on the way!" with your tracking number and a direct link.

My tracking hasn't updated

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders ship as soon as production is complete. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page. You reserve a set that's still in production. Payment is taken when you order, and we ship as soon as it's ready. You'll get a shipping email

Can you deliver to a parcel locker or pickup point?

No. We can't deliver to parcel lockers, automated pickup points or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Please use a home or work address at checkout. Use your work address, or the address of someone who can receive it for you.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free in Europe on orders over €69. For smaller orders and other countries, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We use one tracked shipping service for every order, so there's no express option to choose at checkout.

My order arrived in more than one parcel

We ship from several warehouses, so an order with more than one set can arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll get a shipping email with its own tracking number for each parcel. Something still missing after every parcel arrived? Email

I entered the wrong shipping address

Within 24 hours of ordering: email [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. We'll update it. After 24 hours: we can no longer change it. Once your parcel ships, contact the carrier with your tracking number to redirect it

I missed the delivery or my parcel is going back to the sender

If you weren't home, the carrier usually leaves a notice. Follow it to arrange a new delivery or collect your parcel from the local office. If no one is available after several attempts, the carrier may send the parcel back to its international logis
