Within 24 hours of ordering: email [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. We'll update it.

After 24 hours: we can no longer change it. Once your parcel ships, contact the carrier with your tracking number to redirect it if they allow it.

If the carrier can't deliver to the address given, we'll let you know so you can give them the correct details. Act fast: carriers only hold parcels for a limited time. The original shipping cost isn't refunded, and if the parcel is returned and disposed of, we can't refund it or send a free replacement.
