We'll send any missing or defective piece free of charge. Most missing pieces turn up, so please run through this quick check first:

• Look inside every bag and in the folds of the box. Small pieces often stick to the bag.
• Check the steps you've already built. The piece may have gone into an earlier step.
• Compare similar colours in daylight: black and dark grey, white and light grey, and transparent pieces are easy to mix up.
• Check the spare pieces. Most sets include extra small pieces.
