Tracking says delivered but I don't have itUpdated 4 days ago

Most parcels marked "delivered" turn up within a day or two. Before contacting us, please check:

• Your mailbox, porch, garden, garage or behind the bins
• Neighbours and your building's reception
• Anyone else at your address who may have accepted it
• The delivery photo or signature in the carrier's tracking
• A delivery card telling you to collect it from a local post office

Still missing after 2 business days?

1. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
2. Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll work with you and the carrier on every case.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered to the correct address, theft or loss at that address is the recipient's responsibility. We'll still help you file a claim with the carrier.
