Pre-order items are shipped as soon as production is complete. We know waiting can be frustrating, so here's everything you need to know.

How pre-orders work

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is still in production. Your payment 

is taken at the time of purchase, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as the product is ready.

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your pre-order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

We also send production updates through our newsletter — make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss any news.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes — pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the item ships. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll process your cancellation and full refund.

Mixed orders (pre-order + in-stock items)

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will ship together once the pre-order is ready, unless you request otherwise.
