Pre-orders ship as soon as production is complete. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page.

How pre-orders work

You reserve a set that's still in production. Payment is taken when you order, and we ship as soon as it's ready. You'll get a shipping email with your tracking link the day it leaves our warehouse.

Ordering a pre-order with in-stock sets?

Everything in the order ships together once the pre-order is ready, unless you ask us to split it.

Buying gifts? 

Place pre-orders and in-stock sets as separate orders so your in-stock sets arrive on time.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Email [email protected] with your order number.
