It depends on where you live. EU orders include all taxes at checkout. Outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival.

If duties aren't paid
The parcel may be returned or destroyed by customs. In that case we can't refund the product or the shipping, or send a free replacement. If we learn your parcel is being held, we'll let you know so you can pay before it's sent back.
The amount is set by your local authorities, so we can't tell you the exact figure in advance.
